Peter Feys - Secretary
Master in Physiotherapy (1994), with
specialisation in neurological rehabilitation (1995) and PhD in
Rehabilitation Sciences (2004).
Peter Feys has clinical, educational and scientific experience in the
treatment of patients with neurological deficits in general, and
Multiple Sclerosis in specific.
He is member of RIMS since 1998, when he started working in the National MS Centre in Melsbroek, and was chair of the SIG Mobility since 2007.
MS Research since 1998 at the National MS Centre Melsbroek and later on the ‘Katholieke Universiteit Leuven’ was funded by European projects, WOMS (affiliated to the Flemish MS Society) and the Fund for Scientific Research, Flanders. Peter Feys publishes in international neurological and rehabilitation journals.
Peter Feys is currently associate
professor at the PHL/University of Hasselt (Belgium), and is part of the
REVAL research institute. Research interests are, amongst others,
movement disorders, motor imagery, MS rehabilitation and rehabilitation
technology.
